Indonesia Fruits Salad with Peanut spicy Sauce

This is my favorite, people call fruits salad but Indonesian call rujak. Singapore and Malaysia call rojak with different style.



Ok this is Indonesian Fruits Salad with bean spicy sauce.



What do you need?



2 pieces medium yam, peeled, wash, slice thickness according to taste.

1/4 papaya, slice thickness according to taste.

1 pineapple, peeled, washed, cut into pieces.

One young mango fruit size, peel, slice.

10 pieces of red guava, cut into 4 parts.

2 pieces of cucumber, cut 2, slice thickness according to taste.

3 pieces kedondong, peeled, cut into pieces, remove the seeds.



Peanut sauce Ingredients:

200 grams of peanuts fried skin.

5 pieces of red chili sauce.

Salt to taste.

150 grams of brown sugar.

3 tbsp tamarind water (from 1 1/2 tsp tamarind and 3 tablespoons of water).

150 g pineapple, cut into pieces.



How to Make:



Crush average red chillies, salt, brown sugar, and tamarind water. Enter the bean. Flat grind. Add pineapple.



Crush not too devastated. Prepare a serving plate and arrange all fruits will be served on it for a moment flush with peanut sauce. Serve.
